Spray water-borne crack paint on the primer surface with good water resistance (primer needs to be dry thoroughly). The specific steps are as follows: after the primer surface is completely dry, dilute the water-based crack clearing primer with water in the proportion of 0-10% and stir it evenly, and then spray the primer surface evenly. After the primer surface is completely dry, dilute and spray the water-borne crack top coat with water of 0-10%.

1. Crack paint is generally sprayed, and the crack texture is round, natural and uniform. If the brush painting will be affected by the gesture, the direction of uneven transformation and produce cracks, poor effect, boring and rigid feeling.

2. Generally speaking, the water-based crack primer shall be applied before the construction of crack paint, and the water-borne gold paint, silver paint, etc. matched by the company can also be used to paint the colored primer. Generally speaking, the greater the color contrast between the primer and the topcoat, the stronger the stereoscopic sense, and the better the effect.

3. Before large-scale construction, spray samples on the small sample plate which has been sprayed with primer. According to the effect of crack size, the construction viscosity and film thickness of crack finish coat shall be selected, and the spray gun shape, air pressure, paint output (shaping), gun running speed and interval distance shall be adjusted. If the viscosity of crack paint is high and the film thickness is thick, the crack speed is slow and the crack texture is large; otherwise, the crack speed is fast and the crack texture is small.

4. Whether the crack size is uniform or not is affected by many factors, especially the mastery of spraying skills by construction personnel. When spraying, one shot shall be successful, and it is not allowed to return or repair the gun.
