Product application

1. Base surface requirements:

All dust and loose materials shall be removed from the new wall to ensure that there is no oil and foreign matter on the wall. Cracks and wall holes shall be filled and leveled with putty.

The old wall should check whether the wall is firm and complete, clear the loose objects and attachments on the surface, repair and level the damaged and defective parts.

It is necessary to ensure that the coated wall is sufficiently dry, with pH value ≤ 10 and moisture content ≤ 8%.

2. Bottom treatment:

The coating materials must be primed to prevent color penetration, moisture penetration and pollution of stone like paint. The amount of primer should be more than 0.2kg/m2 each time until there is no color penetration.

3. Sample line:

If the line has been drawn, mark the line with a ruler or marking line.

4. Color separation paper:

Paste color separation paper first paste straight line, then paste horizontal line, nail iron nail on the joint, so as not to find the source of color separation paper after spraying.

5. Apply real stone paint:

Spraying or scraping can be used for construction. Spraying thickness is 2 – 3mm. The air pressure is 6 – 10kg / m2. When spraying, the place not sprayed shall be pasted with newspaper or completely isolated with adhesive tape. After spraying or batch scraping, the first drying time is 24 hours, and the actual drying time is 7-14 days. The dosage is about 3 – 5 kg / m2.

6. Remove color separation paper:

The color separation paper shall be removed immediately after spraying. The color separation paper shall be removed carefully and shall not affect the cutting angle of the coating film. The removal method shall be vertical to the paint surface and shall not be pulled forward.

7. Grinding:

After the stone paint is completely dried, the particles with sharp corners on the surface are ground to 30 – 50%, which can increase the beauty of the stone, reduce sharpness and avoid dust accumulation.

8. Dust proof coating:

After the stone paint hardens for 24 hours, it can be sprayed or roller coated. The transparent dust-proof surface coating needs about 0.2kg per square meter.

Note: for the more complex base surface construction, in order to ensure the construction effect, the product application technology department of our company will provide the corresponding construction scheme according to the actual situation.

9. Before construction, the wall surface with different coating should be covered.

10. Construction temperature ≥ 5 ℃, air humidity not more than 85%.
